    1.  Can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy to you?

    Yes.  Give us a call and we will let you know what information is needed in order to do this.  It usually is not a problem.

    2.  What if I can't make it into your store to pick up my prescription?

    No problem.  We have shipping available via UPS or U.S. Mail. 

    3.  Do you fill prescriptions for non-compounded drugs?

    We may not carry that item in stock, but we can often order a non-compounded drug for you and get it within a day or two.

    4.  Do you compound medications for pets?

    Yes, we absolutely do.  

    5.  Can you customize flavors for medications?

    Yes, we can do that.  We have a variety of flavors to appeal to sensitive palates, including your pet!

    6.   Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we accept most insurances and are willing to work with your insurance company to assure that you are maximizing your prescription drug coverage for your medication.

    7.  How do I obtain a compounded preparation?

    Your must first obtain a prescription from your physician or health care professional, who can either create a written form or call/fax it in. 

    8.  What brands of vitamins, supplements and natural remedies do you carry?

    We carry Standard Process, Solgar, Nordic Naturals, Pure Encapsulations, and Peaceful Mountain.  

    9.  For your retail products, do you do gift wrapping?

    Yes, we can gift wrap many of the items in our store whether for in-store or online purchase.

    10.  Do you ship your retail products?

     Yes, we can ship via UPS or U.S. Mail.
